SHIPPING

Our shipping is handled by DHL EXPRESS and by Colissimo.

          Your order will be taken account the day + 3  (business day) from you place your order. Once your order has been processed and you have received your tracking information, your package should be delivered  within 48-72 h to Zone France and 3-4 working days to EU countries. If you refuse delivery of the goods, the costs associated with shipping your order will be deducted from your refund.

           Andorra shipping is charged 68€ : Andorra

United Kingdom shipping is charged 20€ : United Kingdom (UK)

World Zone A shipping is charged 30 € : China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Canada, United States (US) . (For areas designated by DHL as remote areas, we may ship by COLISSIMO.)

World Zone B shipping is charged 45 € : Mauritius, Nigeria, Iceland, Australia. (For areas designated by DHL as remote areas, we may ship by COLISSIMO.)

Your order will be taken account the day + 3  (business day) from you place your order. Once your order has been processed and you have received your tracking number, your package should be delivered within 48-72 h to EU countries and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. If you refuse delivery of the goods, the costs associated with shipping your order will be deducted from your refund.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

 If you placed an order from outside the EU ( Excepting UK), Your country ask you to pay customs duties, taxes/VAT and custom fees for the imported items.This depends on the customs laws in your country.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Any return request made outside this period will be refused.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@helmsparis.com with the reason of the return, your order number and your personal details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. 

The items are under your responsibility until they reach our stock, please ensure they are correctly packed in order to not being damaged on the way.

WARNING : You must use our return label Colissimo when your order is sent by Colissimo. We do not accept relay point returns (Mondial relay, etc…) . 

Exceptions / non-returnable items : We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or pre-order items.

REFUNDS 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

The Products bought from the “Soldes / Sale” and “Pre-order / Précommande” category cannot be exchanged nor refunded.

PRE-ORDER

Any return for pre-order items will be refused. 

You can’t modify the content of an order once it has been validated. You will therefore need to contact us by email at contact@helmsparis.com requesting the cancellation of your order if this is still possible.

If there have been an error of product:
– Product is not the ordered Product, specifying the nature of the problem: reference error, size, color or features problems, entirely different Product, defective Product 

You have 14 days to notify the error.
